This Refund Policy applies to subscription fees paid to Aden Ennis dba ListPaver for access to ListPaver. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable, including for partial months or unused time. When you cancel, you will retain access through the end of the current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Paid plans include a free trial whose duration depends on the plan you select and the promotional period in effect at the time of signup. The trial length applicable to your account is shown on the signup page and recorded on your account at signup. The current promotional structure offers extended trials to early users and steps down at announced user-count milestones. You can cancel any time during the trial through your billing portal and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before your trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the rate disclosed at signup, and the standard non-refund policy applies.
As a goodwill policy, annual subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of the initial purchase. Refunds for annual plans are prorated to cover the unused portion after deducting any time already used at the equivalent monthly rate. Annual plan renewals (i.e., after the first year) are not refundable under this goodwill policy; we recommend canceling before your annual renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), contact us at support@listpaver.com within 60 days of the charge and we will investigate. Confirmed billing errors will be refunded to the original payment method.
Nothing in this Policy limits refund rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
To request a refund covered by this Policy, email support@listpaver.com from the email address associated with your account and include your account details, the charge in question, and the reason for the request. We will respond within a reasonable time, typically within 10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most billing questions can be resolved quickly. Chargebacks filed without first giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue may result in suspension of your account and collection of any disputed amounts owed.
